Easily view data from all your locations or sort by individual locations for a complete, detailed view of your business. With multiple access levels, you can control which of your employees can use Meevo BI and which locations they can view — all configured in Meevo's security settings.

NOTE: You must download the app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

To use this app, you must:

  • Have an active Meevo subscription and enable the Meevo BI Business Booster.
  • Have an active Meevo user profile (to log into Meevo Business Intelligence).
  • Have a reliable internet connection.
  • Have a mobile device running iOS or Android operating system.

How do I activate this Business Booster?

If you are a multi-location business using Meevo, contact your Millennium Sales Representative to activate Meevo Business Intelligence. When at least one location in a tenant enables this Business Booster, permissioned users will be able to see aggregate data for All Locations. However, when drilling down into data, you will only be able to view data from individual locations that enabled Meevo BI.   

After the purchase is processed, the Business Intelligence App tile will appear under the Meevo Integration menu in Central Office and all locations.

How do I download the BI app to my Android or iOS device?

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play app store and search for Meevo BI to find and download the app. You can do this at any time, even before you enable the integration in Meevo. 

How does Meevo BI calculate my data?

The metrics in Meevo BI hook into the same formulas that are used in reports. 

Important: With comparative date ranges, Meevo BI looks at the same exact dates for both years; for example, the app may compare 10/09/2022 – 10/15/2022 with 10/09/2021 – 10/15/2021. This is slightly different from some Meevo reports, which compare weeks based on the number of weeks in a year; for example, a report may compare the 23rd week of 2022 with the 23rd week of 2021. For this reason, you should not expect comparative date ranges to match across Meevo BI and Meevo reports.

*For these metrics, individual employee totals may differ from the metric's overall total. This is because employee totals are based on what each employee was credited with on a transaction, while overall totals may contain multiple employees on the same transaction. As a result, employee list totals may be greater than the overall metric total. For example, a ticket with three employees on it will appear three times (once for each employee) in the employee list, but it will only count as 1 ticket in the overall metric.
**Client Visits are tracked per client, per service transaction.
