Turning On (Syncing) the Email Marketing Integration
When Email Marketing first appears in Meevo, the integration itself will be off (that is, it will not be syncing contacts). To turn the integration on and sync contacts, you'll simply enable the Sync clients with Emma toggle, which becomes available one day after the integration is first turned on.
Tip: Be sure to review Syncing Contacts with Email Marketing for details on when syncs occur and which profiles get sent to Email Marketing.
To turn on the Email Marketing integration:
- Go to Marketing > Email Marketing.
- When the Email Marketing integration is first added to your Meevo, it automatically fills in your Account ID and connects the two platforms.
- On this first day, the Sync toggle is not yet exposed. Email Marketing and Meevo must first perform an initial sync, which will occur the very next morning.
- After the initial sync occurs, the Sync clients with Emma toggle will appear in the "inactive" position.
- Flip this switch to the "on" position. When you do this, Meevo will sync with Email Marketing at 6 am EST every day going forward, starting with a sync tomorrow morning.
