Setting Up Partner Smart Centers
What is a Partner Smart Center?
Partner Smart Centers are pre-made Smart Centers that can be enabled through the MeevoXchange. These Smart Centers are developed with our trusted partners and present key metrics chosen by the partner that are important to a specific area of your business.
- These Partner Smart Centers contain partner branding, so they are not editable.
- Once a Partner Smart Center is added to a location, you need to enable the Smart Center on employee profiles, just as you would a custom Smart Center created in Meevo.
- Businesses who enabled Partner Smart Centers will automatically receive any updates to those Smart Centers.
- Partner Smart Centers do not appear in Smart Center Designer searches; they only appear in lists where Smart Centers can be assigned.
- If you disable a Smart Center in MeevoXchange, assigned employees and security roles will no longer be associated with the Smart Center.
- In multi-locations, Partner Smart Centers are enabled at the location level, so each location can choose which Partner Smart Centers they want to enable.
I just enabled a Partner Smart Center from the MeevoXchange. Now what do I do?
Now that you've enabled the Partner Smart Center, all you need to do is assign the Smart Center to an employee or user, just as you would a custom Smart Center!
