Adding a Membership Note

Use Membership Notes to provide information relevant to the membership in the form of pop-ups: at time of booking (in the Appointment Book) or at check-out/ring-up in the Register. The pop-up will appear if booking/ringing up any client who owns the membership.

  1. Select the membership and select the Notes tab.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. In the Booking Note or Register Note text box, enter your note.
    1. Booking Notes appear in the Appointment Book when a client who owns the membership is booked.
    2. Register Notes appear in the register if checking out a client who owns this membership. The note will also appear if you manually add the client to the Smart Receipt.
  4. Select Save when finished.
