Editing, Prioritizing, or Removing a Wait List Appointment Request

To edit a request on the Wait List

  1. Locate the appointment in the Wait List.
  2. Select Edit.

  1. In the Add Appointment Request window, make changes as needed and select Save when finished.

To prioritize a request on the Wait List

  1. Locate the appointment request in the Wait List.
  2. Select Send to Top (left icon) or use the up and down arrows to refine the entry's spot in the list. 

To view an entry's Log History

Select LOG to view the entry's audit history, including details on whether notifications were sent and/or if pending appointments were created. The log is specific regarding any actions taken on a Pending Appointment (created, removed, declined, or not confirmed in allotted time).

To remove a request from the Wait List

Appointment entries are automatically removed from the Wait List when any of the following occur:

 

You can also manually delete a request from the Wait List:

  1. Locate the appointment request in the Wait List.
  2. Select Delete

  1. On the confirmation window, select Yes. The request is removed from the list.
