In this example, we configured a client email "Appointment Created" notification template using the All Service(s) Display Name appointment band. We want to create a message that lists each service and, on the same line as the service, the first name of the employee performing the service.
1. We added the Client Information > First Name & Last Name tag for the greeting. This notification is being sent to the client, so Meevo does not need this tag to appear within an appointment band.
2. Business Information tags can appear anywhere within a message.
3. The Current Appointment Information date tags can appear anywhere in a message.
4. Here we used the All Service(s) Display Name appointment band, but we added the Employee.FirstName tag within the band.
• Notice the tag structure and formatting: the inserted {Employee.FirstName} tag appears within the band, but it does not break up any of the existing tags.
• We created our own line breaks to help with formatting. These breaks do not affect the code, but do impact the how the final message will look.
• We bolded the service display name and employee code, formatting that will be visible in the final notifications.
5. Business Information tags can appear anywhere within a message.
6. Again, Business Information tags can appear anywhere within a message.
7. We also added the Email Unsubscribe tag to the bottom of this message (not shown). The text is: {UnsubscribeUrl} to email notifications
