System Requirements

Meevo is a cloud-based application, which means no files are installed on your computer. Instead, you log into Meevo from a web page, just as you would on any other website with which you have an account. Before using Meevo, make sure your computers and devices meet or exceed the following requirements. While Meevo works with a variety of devices, we do recommend having Meevo on at least one desktop or laptop computer to help with receipt printer setup or support troubleshooting.

Note: It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality user experience possible. Running Meevo on a computer that does not meet the specifications below may result in inadequate performance. However, satisfactory performance may be experienced if running systems that use a different hardware configuration than what is published here (for example, less processing power but more RAM).

Internet Connection

Speed: Meevo requires a reliable, business-class internet connection. For faster-paced businesses, we recommend at least 100 MB download speed. This should be your download speed during peak network traffic times, which can be verified through an internet speed test.
Bandwidth: Your internet bandwidth should be appropriate to the number of devices connecting to your network, and your network must have wireless capability if you are using mobile devices.

Note: Speed and bandwidth requirements will vary based on a number of factors. MSI recommends that you test your network with Meevo to understand your speed and bandwidth needs..

Browsers

Meevo will always support the two previous major versions of the listed browsers, assuming that there is mutual support between the operating system and browser. If a particular browser causes visual discrepancies or other issues in Meevo, you may be instructed to roll back to a previous browser version or use a different browser until the issue has been resolved

Recommended Browser: Regardless of device, MSI always recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome. Meevo is developed using design specifications that were written by Google, so running Meevo on Google Chrome will result in the best user experience.

RAM

Minimum RAM: 8 GB. Depending on other applications running on your system, you may require additional RAM.
Recommended RAM: At least 16 GB RAM to ensure that your system can run Meevo and any other applications you may be running simultaneously.

iPhone and iPad: iPhone 6s or later, iPad Air 3 or later, and iPad Mini 5 or later
Android: 64-bit CPU with at least 4x Arm cores (6x or more Arm cores recommended); Maximum Core speed of at least 1.5 GHz; 1.5 GB of RAM or higher
