Configuring the Aveda Empowered Ordering Integration

Note: You must know your Aveda ID to set up and use the Aveda Empowered Ordering integration with Meevo. If you do not know your 6-digit Aveda ID number, please contact Aveda at 800.892.5608. If you do not have an Aveda Account but would like to inquire about one, please contact Aveda at www.joinaveda.com or by calling 877.622.5917.

  1. To get to the Aveda Empowered Ordering integration setup, type aveda into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Integrations > Empowered Ordering.
  2. Aveda Id: Enter your 6-digit Aveda ID here.

  3. Show submit PO to Aveda Empowered Ordering button on Purchase Orders: This switch turns the integration on and off. When Active, the Submit to Aveda button will appear in Purchase Orders. When Inactive, the button will not appear under any circumstances.
  4. Select which distributors to use with Aveda Empowered Ordering: Add as many distributors to the list as needed. If you create a Purchase Order for any of these listed distributors, you will be able to submit the Purchase Order to Aveda via a button that appears at the bottom of the PO. Locations cannot remove distributors that were added by Central Office, but they can add to the list as needed.
  5. When finished, select Save.
