Configuring and Enabling Transworld in Meevo

Go to Meevo > Integration and select the Transworld tile.  

To configure Transworld settings

  1. Initial Settings:
  • Client Number: Enter the five-digit number that was supplied to you by Transworld when setting up your account.
  • Do not send any clients to Transworld that are more than __ days Past Due: When a client reaches this many days past due, Meevo will no longer send this client to Transworld. We recommend setting this option to 6 months (180 days) to prevent paying Transworld for a client who is unlikely to resolve their outstanding balance. If this option is not selected, all past due clients will be sent to Transworld.

Note: A client becomes "Past Due" starting on the day after an unpaid EFT's due date.

  1. Overdue Settings:
    1. Send a client's account to Transworld when it is __ days Past Due and Send a client's account to Transworld when the amount past due is greater than __: When a client is this many days past due AND owes the amount configured here, Meevo will include this client in the EFT Recovery list that gets sent to Transworld each evening. These two options must both be true for the client to end up in EFT Recovery.
  2. When finished, select Save.

To enable Transworld

  1. Select Enable Transworld Integration to turn on the Transworld service. Remember, the service runs each night at 2 am, so selecting this option does not run the service immediately.
  2. Select Save.
