MeevoTips Logs and Resending Tips
The Integration > Tippy > Log tab displays all MeevoTips transactions. If an error occurs while sending tip information to MeevoTips during transaction finalization or while reversing tips during a void, you can use this tab to review the error and manually retry the transmission.
Searching MeevoTips
The Log screen displays:
- Completed transactions that included tips that were sent to MeevoTips
- Error'ed MeevoTips transactions
You can use the controls at the top of the screen to narrow your search.
Set the Send Status to Error if you are looking for instances where employee tips were not sent as expected.

In the search results, the transaction number is a clickable link that will take you directly to the transaction in Transaction Editor.
Resending "Errored" transactions
If a call to MeevoTips fails, it is not automatically retried. To ensure tip information is successfully transmitted, you'll need to manually resend any failed transactions.
To retry a failed transmission, select the Resend icon next to the original log entry. This retries all failed actions associated with the transaction and creates a new log entry nested beneath the original attempt, allowing you to track each retry and its result.

If a retry was successful, the Send Status will update to Complete within a new nested row.
