Adding Usage Reasons

A Usage Reason can be selected when adding an item to Employee Supply Usage, which categorizes the usage item and makes it easier to locate in search.

  1. Enter a Display Name that makes it easy to identify this Usage Reason when in the Employee Supply Usage screen.
  2. Add a Short Description that elaborates a bit on this Usage Reason.
  3. When finished, select Save. The Usage Reason will be available via the Usage Reason drop-down in Employee Supply Usage.
