Searching Inventory Transfers

The Inventory Transfers Search screen is where you can view relevant details regarding a transfer, such as the transfer name, the From and To locations, and the status of the transfer at each location.

  • Central Office can see all Inventory Transfers, whether created in Central Office or initiated in a location.
  • Locations can only see their own relevant inventory transfers (for example, as the location transferring out, or as the location transferring in).

To search for a transfer

Use the filters to locate a specific transfer or a transfer with a specific status:

  1. Search : This is a "contains" search, meaning you can enter any word, phrase, or partial phrase that appears in the Inventory Transfer Display Name to locate that transfer.
  2. Show: Your selection here determines which transfers appear in the search.

Reminder: Central Office can see all transfers, regardless of who initiated them.

  • Active Inventory Transfers: Displays transfers that require action by the current location. For example, a From location would see transfers with a Status of Saved or Returned: Not Received, while a To location would see transfers with a Status of Not Received.
  • All Inventory Transfers: Displays all transfers where the current location is the From location, or all transfers where the current location is the To location and the Status is Not Received, Received, or Returned.
  • Saved: Displays transfers where the current location is the From location and the Status is Saved.
  • Transferred: Displays transfers where the current location is the From location and the Status is Transferred.
  • Not Received / Received / Returned: Displays transfers where the current location is the To location and the Status is Not Received, Received, or Returned, respectively.
  • Returned: Not Received / Returned: Received: Displays transfers where the current location is the From location and the Status is Returned: Not Received or Returned: Received, respectively.
  • Deleted Inventory Transfers: Displays transfers where the current location is the From location and the Status is Deleted.
