Adding a Membership Note
Use Membership Notes to provide information relevant to the membership in the form of pop-ups: at time of booking (in the Appointment Book) or at check-out/ring-up in the Register. The pop-up will appear if booking/ringing up any client who owns the membership.
- Select the membership and select the Notes tab.
- Select Edit.
- In the Booking Note or Register Note text box, enter your note.
- Booking Notes appear in the Appointment Book when a client who owns the membership is booked.
- Register Notes appear in the register if checking out a client who owns this membership. The note will also appear if you manually add the client to the Smart Receipt.
- Select Save when finished.
