Changing Payment Day of Month
Are there any situations that would prevent me from being able to change the payment day of month?
You cannot change the payment day for:
- A paid-in-full (PIF) membership that is in its initial term.
- A membership that is in PIF renewal.
- A Suspended or Expired membership.
- A membership that is frozen or that is scheduled to be frozen.
Payment day of month rules
- To change the payment date to the last day of the month, select 31. This makes the payment date the last day of each month, regardless of how many days are in the month.
- When you change the payment day of month, this automatically adjusts all scheduled EFTs accordingly, along with the membership expiration date and accrued service expiration dates.
- When you change the payment day of month, next month's EFT will be the first payment with the new day.
- Changing the payment day of month does not affect payments already made or Pending payments.
To change the payment day of month
- Locate the client in Membership Manager.
- Select the Payments tab.
- Choose a membership in Select a membership to view. The payment details for that membership appear.
- Select a day from Payment day of month.
- Upon Save, the Payment Date is updated in the Membership Recurring Payment Schedule section.
