Viewing Membership Benefits and History
To get to Membership Manager, type mm into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Membership > Membership Manager.
To view membership benefits
- Locate the client in Membership Manager.
 - Select the Benefits tab.
 - If necessary, Select a membership to view. The client's Active membership appears by default.
 - This screen displays the following benefit information:
 
- Accrued Service Sharing
 - Freeze Settings
 - Enrollment Fee Includes
 - Recurring Fee Includes
 - Overall Discount Options
 - Specific Discount Overrides
 
To view membership history
- Locate the client in Membership Manager.
 - Select the History tab.
 - Select a membership to view from the drop-down. The client's Active membership appears by default.
 - The table lists all audited action items related to this membership, including:
 
- Any changes to the membership, including changes to auto-enroll, enrollment date, payment day, etc.
 - Freezing or unfreezing a membership
 - Changing or updating payment method
 - Changing status of any payment
