Viewing the History of a Payment

What additional information can I view regarding an individual payment?

Select an individual payment to reveal the date the payment was processed, its status, the next attempt date, the payment method used, location where the transaction took place, the user who processed the transaction, and the credit card processor's response to the billing attempt. Note that these responses will vary by credit card processor.

To view history of an individual payment

1. In the Membership Recurring Payment Schedule section, select the payment that you wish to view. The action buttons above become enabled.

2. Select History, or double-click / double-tap a payment line to view details on the payment.
