If You Already Have an Existing Yext Account
If your business is already using Yext, you will be unable to use Online Presence Management in Meevo until your current active subscription is canceled.
How can I tell if my business is already using Yext services?
There are two ways a business could be using Yext services to manage their listings: through a third-party provider you're working with (the most common scenario), or through working with Yext directly.
To see if your business is already using Yext services, go to Meevo > Marketing and select the Online Presence Management tile. If the destination page returns a 403 Error, this is a reliable indicator that your business is already using Yext services.
What should I do if I have an active Yext account through a third-party provider?
If you have an account with Yext through a third-party provider, you will need to cancel the services directly with the provider. If you are unsure of who your current provider is, you can email locationconflict@yext.com. Include your business name, address, and phone number, and within 2 business days you will receive a reply that provides you with the information you need to reach out to the provider.
What should I do if I have an active Yext account through Yext?
If you already have an active Yext account through working with Yext directly, you can fill out this Yext cancellation form to begin cancellation of services.

Once the cancellation of your Yext account is confirmed, you should contact MSI Support to get started with Online Presence Management.
Here's what you can expect in terms of your listing information:
- Your listings will not be deleted from publishers, nor will there be a lapse in service.
- You will need to reconnect your Google Business Profile and Facebook.
- Fields in Knowledge Graph and enhanced content will need to be reconfigured.
