Assigning Yourself a Register Drawer

How do I assign a drawer to a user?

Meevo "remembers" the last drawer used by each user. In this way, Meevo users are "assigned" to a drawer. If a user changes their drawer, that new drawer becomes assigned to the user. Multiple users can be assigned to the same drawer, but each user can be assigned to only one drawer at a time.

To assign yourself a register drawer

The instructions below assume you have not yet been assigned a drawer. Go here for details on changing your assigned drawer.

  1. Open Drawer Manager:
  • Go to Meevo > Register > Register, or type register into the Convobar. At the top of the Smart Receipt, select Edit beside the drawer name to open Drawer Manager on the right panel.
  • Navigate to Meevo > Register > Drawer Manager, or type drawermanager into the Convobar to open the Drawer Manager.
  1. This is your first time accessing the register or Drawer Manager, so select a drawer and select Select Drawer . The selected drawer appears as the Currently Assigned Drawer. This will be your default drawer going forward unless you manually change it later.
