Voiding a Card Payment on the Smart Receipt

You can void/reverse a card payment on any transaction that has not been finalized.

To reverse a single card payment on the Smart Receipt

1. Select the delete icon beside the credit/debit entry on the Smart Receipt.  
2. Select Yes on the confirmation message to reverse the amount charged on the card.

To reverse all card payments on the Smart Receipt

1. Select No Sale. A confirmation message appears.
2. Select Yes to cancel the sale and reverse all card charges.
