AQ226: Online Booking KPI
The AQ226 report displays booking/revenue statistics and graphs for new and repeat clients who had an appointment created through Online Booking within the date range.
This report returns appointments that were booked for a day in the date range, not on a day in the date range. For example, let's say last week a client booked an appointment online for Wednesday of this week. If you run the report for this week, the appointment will count; if you run it for last week, the appointment will not count.
What is the difference between a "visit" and a "unique client?"
This report follows our usual standard for what constitutes a visit: a visit occurs when a client is rung up for at least one service on a transaction. It is not necessary for the service to have been booked before it was rung up.
A unique client is just an individual who only counts once towards the Unique client metric, regardless of how many visits they have. So if Matt visits a location 4 times in the date range, he will count as 1 unique client and 4 visits.
Report definitions
Metrics fall into three columns:
- New Clients: A new client is someone new to the business who had a visit during the date range or pool month, with no visits prior to the date range.
- Repeat Clients: In this report, a repeat client is someone who had a visit during the date range and at least one visit prior to the date range, or a New Client who had another visit on a different day in the date range.
- Overall is the total number, but it may not always be the sum of New and Repeat Clients.
All metrics below are in the context of the date range.
Booking Stats section
- # of Appointments Booked Online: The number of appointments that were booked through Online Booking. Regardless of how many services a client may have scheduled on a given day, the client will have only one "appointment header" in Meevo per day. An appointment header is like a bucket for all of the services a client has booked for that day. This metric looks at the total number of those appointment headers in the date range. A client can count more than once if they have multiple appointments in the range.
- % of Services Booked Online: Of all services that were booked during the date range, this is the percentage of those services that were booked though Online Booking. (The number of services that were booked online / The total number of services booked)
- Average # of Services Booked Online: (The number of services that were booked online / The number of unique clients that booked online) Each client only counts once per day.
- # of Unique Clients that Booked more than 1 Service Online: The number of unique clients (that is, individual clients who only count once) who booked at least one multi-service appointment through Online Booking.
- # of Services Booked Online: The number of services that were booked through Online Booking.
- # of Services Booked Online that were canceled: The number of services that were booked through Online Booking, but then canceled.
- # of Services Booked Online that were No Showed: The number of services that were booked through Online Booking, but then marked as no-show.
- # of Online Booking Appointments Checked Out: The number of online-booked appointments that were rung through the register.
- # of Unique Clients that purchased retail with their Online Booked Services: The number of unique clients (that is, individual clients who only count once) who also purchased retail on the same day their online-booked appointment was rung through the register.
- Average Star Rating for Online Booked Services: When 5-Star Ratings are being used, this displays the average star rating for the services that were booked through Online Booking.
Revenue section
- Collected via Online Booked Appts: Total revenue from online-booked appointments that were rung up, including any No-Show Fees, Cancellation Fees, retail sales, liabilities, etc.
- Service total from Online Booked Appts: Total service revenue from ringing up online-booked appointments.
- Retail total from Online Booked Appts: Total revenue that occurred as a result of retail being sold on the same day an online-booked appointment was rung up.
- Average Service Ticket that Included Online Booked Services: (All service revenue for tickets that include at least one service booked online / The number of tickets that include at least one service that was booked online)
- Average Ticket that Included Online Booked Services: (All service and retail revenue for tickets that include at least one service booked online / The number of tickets that include at least one service that was booked online)
OB Statistics section

- Booking by day of week: Total services booked online, by day of week. This is the average, by day, according to the date range.
Setting up the AQ226 report
- Type AQ226 in the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Reports > Appointments, and then select the AQ226 report.
- Select a date or date range for running the report:
- To run a report for a specific date range, select Custom and specify the Start Date and End Date for the report.
- Otherwise, select a predefined date or range (Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, etc.).
Note: If you select a predefined range (a date other than Custom), you can still change the Start Date and End Date. Doing so automatically changes the date range to Custom.
Running the report
- When you are ready to generate the report, select a Report Format beside the Run Report button.
- Here is a rundown of each format type:
- PDF: Each time you select Run Report with PDF selected, Meevo opens a separate browser tab that displays the PDF'ed report. Meevo remains on the setup page, so you can quickly jump back over to Meevo to run more date ranges or other reports. Each PDF report you run will open its own browser tab, so you can easily review and compare reports by simply jumping between browser tabs.
- HTML: This is our original legacy format, which opens the report within Meevo. All of the functionality within that report is still there and available via the toolbar.
- XLSX: Each time you select Run Report, your browser auto-downloads the report in .xlsx format. Select the downloaded file in the browser footer to open the spreadsheet.
- Select Run Report to generate the report in your chosen format. Depending on the type of report and criteria you entered, this process may take a few minutes.
