Virtual Drawers in Reports

Note: As you select report options prior to running the report, only drawers that have transactions associated with them will appear in drawer selection movers.

The following "virtual drawers" may appear in a given report:

• Appointment Book Drawer: This drawer records transactions that occurred when the Meevo register was turned off. The drawer will not appear in reports if the register is enabled when transactions are executed.
• Conversion Drawer: This drawer may appear in a report after a conversion. If there are no transactions associated with this drawer after the conversion process, it will not appear in reports.
• eGift Drawer: This drawer appears only if eGift is enabled. If no transactions have been processed on the eGift drawer and eGift is enabled, it will not appear in reports.
• EFT Billing Drawer: This drawer appears only if there are transactions associated with membership dues and the EFT Billing Engine.
• Online Booking: This drawer appears only if Online Booking is enabled. If no transactions have been processed on the OB drawer and OB is enabled, it will not appear in reports.
• Self-Pay: This drawer records transactions that occurred using Self-Pay.
