WI010: Walk-in Manager Graphs

The WI010 displays graphs with walk-in appointment metrics over the last 30 days, including Total Walk-ins, Total Walk-In by Hour, Longest Wait Time by Day, and Avg. Wait Time by Hour.

The report also shows the longest wait times for each day in the range, along with the average wait time by hour over the past 7 days.

Walk in's by Day (Last 7 Days): Shows the number of walk-ins per day over the last 7 days.

Walk in's by Hour (Last 7 Day): Shows the number of walk-ins per hour over the last 7 days.

  • Total Walk-Ins: Total number of walk-ins who were added to the Walk-in Manager list.
  • Total Serviced: Number of walk-ins who were added to the Appointment Book and subsequently checked out (rung up).
  • Total No Shows: Number of walk-ins marked as No-Shows in Walk-in Manager.

Longest Wait Time by Day: The longest wait time, per day, of all serviced walk-in clients. This means walk-ins who were added to the Appointment Book and subsequently checked out (rung up).

Average Wait Time by Hour (Last 7 Days): The average wait time, per time of day, of all serviced walk-in clients. This means walk-ins who were added to the Appointment Book and subsequently checked out (rung up).

Setting up the WI010 report

  1. Type WI010 in the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Reports > Walk-ins, and then select the WI010 report.
  2. When ready, select Run report.
