Configuring General Settings   

To get to Walk-In Manager Settings, go to Meevo > Business Settings > Walk-In Manager Settings.

  1. Select the Main Settings tab and select Edit. The following options are under General Settings.
  2. Enable wait list text notifications: Text message options are shown or hidden in the Walk-In Manager based on the status of this option.
  3. Enable ability for a client to notify the business that they have arrived and will wait in waiting area: The Client will wait in waiting area option will be shown or hidden depending on the status of this option.
  4. Only show employees currently clocked in when placing a client in service with an employee: When enabled, the list of available employees is limited to those who clocked in.
  5. When finished, select Save.
