Publishing, Unpublishing, or Deleting a Rating
To get to the Ratings Control Panel, type ratings into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Management > Ratings Control Panel.
To publish a rating
Publishing a rating adds that rating (and accompanying review, if any) to the client-facing 5 Star Ratings page.
- From the Control Panel Filter, select Detail view and, under Display, select Not published. If needed, you can apply other filters as well. Select Search when ready.
- Select the checkbox beside each rating that you want to publish. After selecting a rating, the Number of Ratings Selected field updates, and the Publish button becomes enabled.
- When ready, select Publish. A message appears, confirming that your selections were published.
To unpublish a rating
Unpublishing a rating removes that rating from the client-facing 5 Star Ratings page.
- From the Control Panel Filter, select Detail view and, under Display, select Published. If needed, you can apply other filters as well. Select Search when ready.
- Select the checkbox beside each rating that you want to unpublish. After selecting a rating, the Number of Ratings Selected field updates, and the Unpublish button becomes enabled.
- When ready, select Unpublish. A message appears, confirming that your selections were unpublished.
To delete a rating
Deleting a rating removes it from the lists in Ratings Control Panel, removes it from the client-facing 5 Star Ratings page, and removes it from consideration for the Ratings Smart Center tile and from goals calculations. Note that deleted ratings are still included in data in the Ratings Control Panel.
- From the Control Panel Filter, select Detail view. If needed, you can apply other filters as well. Select Search when ready.
- Select the trash can to the right of each rating that you want to delete.
To undelete a rating
If you undelete a rating that was published when you deleted it, the rating will not automatically be published again. You will have to manually publish that rating.
- From the Control Panel Filter, select Detail view. If needed, you can apply other filters as well. Select Search when ready.
- Select the undelete icon to the right of each rating that you want to restore. After selecting the undelete icon, the rating will disappear. You can do this for as many reviews as needed.
