Adding or Removing Business Boosters

How long after I process a change will it be reflected in Meevo?

You should allow 24 hours for Meevo Plan Subscription updates to be reflected in the MeevoXchange, but in most cases changes will appear much sooner than that.

Purchases (Business Boosters and Integrations) from the MeevoXchange will be available in Meevo within 20 minutes of processing. Each user will need to log out and log back into Meevo to see the booster or integration after it's been processed.

Tip: After confirming your purchase in the MeevoXchange, check back in the MeevoXchange every 5 minutes or so and select the Business Boosters or Integrations tile. If your order is still processing, an "order in progress" message will appear. If no message appears, the order is complete, and you can log out and log back into Meevo to see the new module.

 

  1. Open the MeevoXchange by going to Meevo > MeevoXchange > MeevoXchange, or by typing xchange into the Convobar.

Tip: Grant Meevo users permission to the MeevoXchange using the MeevoXchange Access Level setting on an employee profile. 

  1. Select the Business Boosters tile.

To add a Business Booster

  1. Select which Business Booster you'd like to add. You can add a booster at any time, as long as any previous upgrades/downgrades or purchases have already been processed.
  2. When ready, select Get It Now at the top of the form.
  3. Review the terms of service and select OK to accept them and proceed.
  4. The Business Booster will now appear with a Pending ribbon and should toggle to Enabled within 20 minutes.

 

To remove a Business Booster

Removing a Business Booster restricts all users from accessing it Meevo.

Only non-paid boosters can be removed via the MeevoXchange. To remove a paid Business Booster, contact your customer rep.

  1. Select the Business Booster you want to remove.
  2. Select Remove from the top of the form.
  3. Verify the information on the confirmation message and select OK to proceed.
  4. The Business Booster will appear with a Pending ribbon. The ribbon should disappear within 20 minutes, indicating the booster has been removed.
