Using Analytics Report Builder

To get to Analytics Report Builder, go to Online Presence Analytics and select the Report Builder tab.

• The Basic Reports in the left column are pre-configured report data. Select a Basic Report from the left, and then view the data how you like by selecting from the various Chart Types in the right column.
• You can download the raw data as a CSV or Excel.
• Use the Time Range, Metrics, Dimensions, and Filter By options in the right column to refine the data. Note the Conversion Tracking filter is not currently available.

Building a custom Analytics Report

Create reports with the metrics and dimensions you’re most interested in using custom Analytics Reports. 

• To build a custom report, select Add New Report and follow the steps in this article.
