Making Data Available to Locations

Note: Once an item is saved with a Business Type selected and the item is made available to locations, then the Business type cannot be changed to anything other than All Business Types.

Note: Newly created locations will inherit all data that is assigned to the new location's Business Type.

To make an item immediately available to locations, select Make available to locations. Upon saving the item, all locations of that Business Type will have access to it.

For many data types, you can exclude individual locations from having access to an item.
