Deleting a User Defined Field or Custom Tab

To delete a User Defined Field

A User Defined Field can be unassigned from its App Area and/or deleted from Meevo provided that the field has not yet been "used" in a Meevo form. For more details, see About User Defined Fields.
  1. Go to Meevo > Data > User Defined Fields.
  2. Select Field View.
  3. Locate the field you wish to delete. Fields are ordered alphabetically by name. You can use the filters or enter a Search term to refine the list.
  4. Select Delete.  
  5. Select Yes on the confirmation message to delete the field. The field is completely removed from Meevo.

To delete a custom tab

A custom tab can be deleted if there are no User Defined Fields assigned to it.

  1. Select Tab View.
  2. Locate the Tab Name you wish to delete. You can use the filters or enter a Search term to refine the list.
  3. If necessary, unassign any User Defined Fields from the custom tab.
  4. Select Delete in the row of the tab you wish to delete. A confirmation message appears.
  5. Select Yes to permanently remove the custom tab from Meevo.
