Unlocking a User Login
A user may get locked out of Meevo depending on the password criteria set in Business Preferences. Locked-out users can log back into Meevo 30 minutes after the last unsuccessful attempt.
Alternatively, a Meevo user with sufficient permissions can unlock the employee's account by following the instructions below:
- Locate and select the employee profile.
- Select the Main tab and select Edit.
- Under Login Credentials, select Unlock User.
- Select Save. The user can now attempt to log into Meevo again.
