Inactivating or Deleting Programs and Strategies
To inactivate/reactivate a Strategy
Only the owner of a Strategy can change its active/inactive status. When a Strategy is inactivated, all Programs listed under the Strategy are also set to inactive. If Central Office inactivates a Strategy, the Strategy and its related Programs are inactivated in all locations that have access to them.
When a Strategy is reactivated, its related Programs are not automatically reactivated, so you will need to edit each Program under the Strategy to make them active. If Central Office reactivates a Strategy, the Strategy is also reactivated in all locations that have access to it.
- Locate the Strategy and select it.
- Select Edit.
- Select the switch to toggle it to Active or Inactive.
- Select Save.
To delete/undelete a Strategy
Only the owner of a Strategy can delete or undelete it. A Yield Management Strategy cannot be deleted if it has active Programs associated with it. To delete a Strategy, you must first delete or inactivate all of its Programs. If Central Office deletes or undeletes a Strategy, the Strategy is deleted/undeleted in all locations that have access to them.
- Locate the Strategy and select it.
- Select Delete or Undelete. A confirmation message appears.
