Adding a Missed Opportunity
What is a Missed Opportunity?
A missed opportunity is a metric for tracking why an appointment could not be booked. Logged missed opportunities can be used to analyze the revenue lost as a result of non-bookings. Also note:
- An expired Wait List request is automatically logged as a Missed Opportunity.
- An appointment opening search in Booking Agent that returns no results can be manually marked as a Missed Opportunity.
- Missed Opportunities can be reported on in the AQ210: Missed Opportunities report.
To add a missed opportunity
- In the Appointment Book, select Menu (shown below) to reveal the drop-down.
