Configuring Which Employees Can Perform a Service

While working with service data (for example, if you are creating a new service), you can select the Employees tab to quickly select which employees can perform the service.

Note: In addition to the Employees tab, you can also configure which services an employee can perform via the Services tab in an employee profile. Any changes you make on either screen will be reflected in the other screen.

  1. Locate and select the service.
  2. Select the Employees tab.
  3. Locate the employees using the filters at the top of the screen:

Note: Alternatively, you can scroll through the list using the page navigation buttons.

  1. Employee Category: Filters employees by the selected category.
  2. Can Perform: Filters by employees that can or cannot perform the service.
    1. Show All: Displays all employees, regardless of whether or not they are configured to perform the service.
    2. Yes: Displays all employees who are configured to perform this service.
    3. No: Displays all employees who are not configured to perform this service.
  3. Select Apply to apply the filters. A list of all employees appears in alphabetical order, by nickname.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the box to the left of each employee to enable them to perform the service.
  6. For each employee, you have the option of overriding the service's default Price (by Price Level) and Servicing step, which were configured in the service's maintenance form. This allows you to define employee-specific pricing.
  7. Select the employee name to reveal the details. You can select Expand All [+] in the upper-right corner of the list to expand all of the listed employees.

  1. Edit any of those fields as needed.
  2. Bookable online makes this service bookable online with this employee (Online Booking).
  3. Enable Intelli-Booking makes this employee and service eligible for Intelli-Booking timings.

Note: The override icon appears beside any field that deviates from the default settings. Select that icon to revert the price back to the service's default. The disabled icon means that another option needs to be enabled elsewhere at a higher level in Meevo for the current option to take effect.

  1. When finished, select Save.
