Unlocking a User Login

A user may get locked out of Meevo depending on the password criteria set in Business Preferences. Locked-out users can log back into Meevo 30 minutes after the last unsuccessful attempt.

Alternatively, a Meevo user with sufficient permissions can unlock the employee's account by following the instructions below:

  1. Locate and select the employee profile.
  2. Select the Main tab and select Edit.
  3. Under Login Credentials, select Unlock User.
  4. Select Save. The user can now attempt to log into Meevo again.
