Meevo 2 Business Intelligence FAQs

Access your key performance data and metrics anytime, anywhere with Meevo 2 Business Intelligence (BI). View real-time data, compare by different date ranges, and drill down to the employee level to see how your staff is performing. Easily view data from all your locations or sort by individual locations for a complete, detailed view of your business.

With multiple access levels, you can control which of your employees can use Meevo 2 BI and which locations they can view – all configured in Meevo 2’s security settings.

Note: You must be an active Meevo 2 client and user to use Meevo 2 Business Intelligence.

To use this app, you must:

  • Have an active Meevo 2 subscription.
  • Have an active Meevo 2 user profile (to log into Meevo 2 Business Intelligence).
  • Have a reliable internet connection.
  • Have a mobile device running iOS or Android operating systems.

How do I activate this Business Booster?

If you are a multi-location business using Meevo 2, contact your Millennium Sales Representative to inquire about activating Meevo 2 Business Intelligence.   

After the purchase is processed, the Business Intelligence App tile will appear under the Meevo 2 Integration menu in Central Office and all locations.

How are Meevo 2 BI metrics calculated?

The metrics in Meevo 2 BI are calculated using the same formulas used in reports. Below is a table of Meevo 2 BI metrics and the corresponding report(s) where those metrics also appear.

*For these metrics, individual employee totals may differ from the metric's overall total. This is because employee totals are based on what each employee was credited with on a transaction, while overall totals may contain multiple employees on the same transaction. As a result, employee list totals may be greater than the overall metric total. For example, a ticket with three employees on it will appear three times (once for each employee) in the employee list, but it will only count as 1 ticket in the overall metric.
