Adding or Editing a Membership Cancellation Reason
To get to Membership Cancellation Reasons, type membercancelreason into the Convobar, or go to Meevo > Membership > Cancellation Reasons.
To add a Membership Cancellation Reason
Tip: If creating several records that have similar details, select Copy to create a new record with fields identical to the one you just copied. This can save you a lot of time when creating data in Meevo.
- From the Cancellation Reasons search form, select Add New.
- Display Name: Enter a name that will make this item easy to identify in lists or menus in Meevo.
- Include in Online Membership Sales Cancellation Reasons: When the checkbox is enabled, this cancellation reason will be an available selection for clients who are cancelling a membership in Online Membership Sales. At least one membership cancellation reason must be exposed in OMS for a client to be able to cancel a membership online.
- When finished, select Save.
To edit a Membership Cancellation Reason
Note: Some fields on the form may not be editable if the current location is not the item's Home Location.
- Locate the Membership Cancellation Reason and select it.
- Select Edit, and then make your changes.
- When finished, select Save.
