Understanding Reputation Management

Customer reviews play a key role in how search engines rank your business and how potential clients choose where to go. Reputation Management gives you the tools to:

  • Monitor all your reviews in one place
  • Respond directly to reviews on Google and Facebook
  • Keep conversations going and identify areas to improve your operations

It also helps you collect authentic, first-party reviews straight from your customers—giving you more control over your reputation and helping your business stand out in today’s evolving search landscape.

  • The Monitoring and tab displays all reviews that have been submitted for your business.
  • The Response tab displays all reviews that you have not yet replied to. See Monitoring and Responding to Reviews for details. You can also email or export a review, respond to a review, and manage review labels from these screens.
  • Sentiment Analysis uses natural language processing to identify important keywords in your customers’ reviews and assigns a positive or negative score based upon the modifiers describing the keywords.
