Ringing Up a Client for a Future Appointment
Since a future appointment cannot be checked out/rung up, you can accept payment for a future appointment in any of the following ways:
- Place a credit on a client's account. On the day of the appointment, use that credit to pay for the appointment by selecting Account Charge as the payment method.
Note: This method requires Allow this client to place charges and credits on account to be selected in the client's profile.
- Sell the client a custom gift card in the amount being pre-paid. On the day of the appointment, use the gift card to pay for the appointment by selecting Gift Card as the payment method.
- Sell the client a custom package that contains the service that will be redeemed. On the day of the appointment, redeem the package service.
