Ringing Up a Client after an Appointment

Using any of the methods below, you can open the register with the paying client, services received, and employee who performed the services already populated in the Smart Receipt.

From the Appointment Book

  1. Locate and select the appointment in the Appointment Book. The Smart Assistant displays.
  2. Select Check Out from the Smart Assistant to launch the register.

  1. The Smart Receipt displays the paying client, all services for that appointment, and the employees who performed the services.

From Client Quick Find

  1. Select Quick Find in the upper-right corner of Meevo.  
  2. Locate and select the client.
  3. Select Appointments and locate the appointment you wish you ring up.

  1. Below the appointment, select Checkout to launch the register.
  2. In the register, the Smart Receipt displays the paying client, all services for that appointment, and the employees who performed the services.

From the register's Appointments Today menu

  1. Go to Meevo > Register > Register, or type register into the Convobar to open the register.
  2. Select the Appointments Today tile. A list of all of today's appointments appears. You can sort the list by the client name or appointment start time.

  3. Select the checkbox beside each appointment you will ring up.
  4. Select Add Selected.
  5. In the register, the Smart Receipt displays the paying client, all services for that appointment, and the employees who performed the services.

To add additional clients to the Smart Receipt

At any time, select Add Client on the top of the Smart Receipt to add additional clients.
